This hotel had a few standout features. the location was incredibly convenient. It was very close to the Metro station, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. Additionally, being in the center of the bus depot meant that public transportation was readily accessible. The staff was another highlight of my stay. They were friendly and helpful, particularly Miguel, who provided excellent attention during the day. Lastly, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even accommodated our early departure at 5 am with a smile. The location is great, with a bus station just outside that connects to the main train and bus stations. There is also a grocery shop nearby, which was convenient. Additionally, the hotel held our bags for 2 weeks while we traveled, which was a huge help. the staff, location, and services provided made our stay enjoyable.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
