I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception who provided great tips for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and the beds were larger than usual. The bathroom was modern and clean, with beautiful tiles. The hotel offered daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The dining room was modern and the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, and cheeses. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the train station and the underground, making it convenient for exploring the city and catching buses to the airports.
Nothing, everything was great.
The hotel was fantastic. The staff, especially Massimo the manager, were really nice. Every morning, he would come and say good morning and check if everything was okay. The staff members were all very helpful and even remembered that I am lactose intolerant. They always served my cappuccino lactose-free without me having to remind them. The location was great, just a short walk from the main train station. Breakfast was simple but good.
