The location was one of the best aspects, as it was in a very nice part of the city and in the heart of Rome. It was close to the city centre, making it easy for us to explore all the famous attractions. The hotel's proximity to public transport, with tram and bus stops right in front of the door, made getting around a breeze. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Fabio who gave us a thorough overview of the must-see places in the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a smart TV that allowed us to log into our Netflix account.
All good.
The hotel was next to a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city and get into the city centre. The location was also close to the city centre, allowing us to easily access all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was adequate and we appreciated being able to grab some for the day.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
