The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned daily. The hotel facilities were excellent, including free map, two bottles of free water and coke in the fridge. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the metro station and a few supermarkets. The staff were polite and helpful, providing us with directions and allowing us to leave our luggage after check out.
Was all great.
The staff, especially Mr Lee, was extremely helpful and attentive. They marked important places on a map for us and explained the best paths to take. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore this city's amazing attractions. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. there were a few supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for us to stock up on essentials. And of course, being so close to the Colosseum was a huge plus. We cannot wait to return in the summer.
