We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed by the size of the rooms, with double-height ceilings and stylish decorations. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, and the availability of all-day coffee and tea was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, being centrally located and within walking distance of the main train station. This made it easy for us to explore the historic center of the city and visit popular attractions. The staff, especially Ms. Merilena, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She provided us with excellent communication, gave us insider tips on places to visit, and even allowed us an early check-in. Her hospitality truly made our stay memorable.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the well-equipped shared kitchen. The location near the main train station was so convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The location near the main train station in the historic center was perfect for exploring the city. I could walk to Termini and the Colosseum in just 15 minutes. The hotel was also conveniently located near St. Maria Maggiore, which took me only 10 minutes to reach. I loved that there was a park right in front of the hotel with playgrounds, bars, and gelato. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Additionally, the staff, especially Marilena, was super kind and accommodating. She welcomed me at 2 am due to a flight delay and even offered me an upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking the park across the street. The room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Although there wasn't a fridge in the room, I appreciated the shared kitchen with a fridge for everyone to use, as well as coffee and tea.
