The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions. Sara and Vittorio provided useful advice for sightseeing and public transportation in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff, including Sara and Vittorio, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast served directly to the room was delicious and made to order from a great selection. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby hop on & hop off buses.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, convenient transportation, and a fantastic location to see most things in this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

The room was very spacious, well presented, and comfortable. The warm and powerful shower was a great addition. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything in the city but in a quiet little street, so it was not noisy. It was also close to the subway, making it easy to explore most things in this city. The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with modern furnishings that were obviously renovated recently. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice bathroom with all the amenities we needed and a fabulous shower. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection to choose from, and it was served directly to our room at a time of our choosing. The staff were super friendly and spoke English, making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions and the river. We also appreciated the transportation service organized by the hotel, which made it easy for us to get to and from the airport.
