The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests or questions. They even arranged a wheelchair rental for us when other companies didn't respond. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Villa Borghese and easy to travel to/from. The hotel itself was small and intimate, with clean rooms and nice facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made an effort to make us feel welcome and remembered our preferences. it was excellent value for money and offered a great experience.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The staff, from the reception to the breakfast team, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even gave me a room upgrade without me having to ask for it. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was outside the bustling city center but still within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was satisfying. there was a local restaurant nearby that was very good, and I found it convenient to seek assistance from tourist officials at the airport.
Can't fault anything about it.
