The staff made a real difference - friendly, helpful, and great English. The location was convenient, close to a train station that took us to the Vatican. The hotel facilities were clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection to suit every taste.
All was perfect.
The cleanliness was impeccable, with clean sheets and a great bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fridge in our room and a nice balcony. The location was extremely convenient for us as it was close to the hospital where we had a family member. The hotel was also conveniently located near the train station, making transportation to the city center quick and easy. The staff, especially Andrea, the Night Manager, and a blond smiling woman of the breakfast staff, were friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the assistance and directions we needed during our stay. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of choices.
