The breakfast provided is a satisfying and varied spread, with warm options included. The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile for their guests. The location is conveniently connected to transportation, making it easy to explore the city and reach central Rome within a short timeframe.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The hotel's location in a charming neighborhood was excellent - quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Convenient public transportation made it easy to explore this city. The staff, especially Victoria at the front desk, provided excellent information and were very helpful. The breakfast service was perfect, with a good variety of healthy choices.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
We loved the helpful and accommodating staff, the high standard of cleanliness, and the fact that everything in the hotel worked perfectly. The big bathroom and lovely shower were also great. In terms of location, we were pleasantly surprised that it was easy to get transport to anywhere in the city quickly, despite being a bit away from the busy area. And the breakfast was fantastic.
