We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who provided great suggestions for nearby restaurants and directions to major tourist sights. The location near Central Station was ideal, with easy access to subway stations and transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast added to our overall enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Rome, near Roma Termini. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely veranda where we could relax and enjoy our morning coffee. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great selection of continental options. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service and even giving us recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.
