I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going out of their way to assist me despite my limited Italian fluency. They provided great recommendations for transportation, tours, and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel's location was extremely convenient, being just a short 4-block walk from the main bus and train station. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The breakfast was tasty and provided a good start to the day, without being overwhelming. the staff, cleanliness, location, and breakfast were the standout features of this hotel.
