We loved the hotel's location - so close to everything in this city. We could easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, and Via Del Corso. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff provided a fantastic breakfast.

The Art Hotel is tucked away down a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of busy Rome. The location near Piazza di Spagna is perfect, as it is only a short walk to the famous Spanish Steps. The views from the hotel were stunning, with picturesque streets and beautiful architecture. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a stylish reception/restaurant area and a passageway lit with elegant lighting. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good range of options, including fresh fruit, eggs, meat cuts, cheeses.
Almost perfect. Views from the window were of building sites, and there were some minor maintenance issues in the room.
